1. Appointment Booking & Payment

To confirm an online appointment booking for a consultation, a consultation fee must be paid through our website via Razorpay. The appointment is only confirmed once the payment is successful.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or "no-shows" may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charges, subject to doctor availability.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment source used during booking.
• The refund process typically takes 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Clinic Cancellations

In the rare event that the clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or doctor unavailability, a full refund will be provided if the new slot is not suitable for you.
